Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field, at least 3 years supervising, and hands-on experience with predictive maintenance, RCA, and MS Office/AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and ensuring compliance with safety initiatives.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and constraint management.
• Proven expertise in predictive maintenance methods.
• Ability to identify root causes and effectively initiate corrective action to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Role model all safe work practices and promote our safety culture.
• Participate in incident investigations and follow-up activities.
• Lead the PDM/Lubrication team by resolving employee issues and ensuring policy adherence.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to support department and team goals.
• Increase performance by coaching and developing team members and fostering continuous improvement mindset.
• Identify safety, quality, and production issues and take appropriate action.
