You will implement predictive and preventive programs, manage condition monitoring and RCPE/FMEA, and support capital projects while driving continuous improvement.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, communication, and data analytics skills to reduce downtime and improve safety and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years in maintenance, reliability, or engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of RCPE, FMEA, RCFA, CMMS, and predictive maintenance technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of preventive, predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability.
• Champion RCPE and FMEA to proactively address equipment failures.
• Manage condition-based monitoring programs, including vibration, infrared, oil analysis, and ultrasound technologies.
• Establish and maintain systems to monitor and interpret equipment and process health data.
• Optimize maintenance strategies using asset criticality and reliability data.
• Analyze failure data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with planning to ensure timely maintenance aligned with reliability goals.
• Serve as SME on reliability tools, CMMS, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and deliver training to enhance reliability awareness among teams.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
• Partner with capital project teams to embed maintainability.
• Lead improvements to reliability, safety, and production performance.
