Job summary

Sandvik Coromant in Westminster, SC seeks a Reliability Engineer to improve uptime and reliability of manufacturing equipment and utilities. You will develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs, lead cross-functional teams, and use RCA/RCM/FMEA with data analytics to cut maintenance costs.

The role requires a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3+ years in maintenance/reliability, CMMS experience, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of maintenance or reliability experience in manufacturing.
Strong ability to analyze data and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve PM, PdM, and CBM programs for equipment and facilities.
Lead asset criticality ranking to drive reliability initiatives and resource allocation.
Apply RCA, FMEA and data analysis to identify and reduce maintenance costs.
Monitor and improve CMMS systems, create SOPs and maintenance plans.
Provide technical support for installation, modification and relocation of equipment.
