Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition in Kansas is seeking a Reliability Business Unit Lead to bridge Operations and Maintenance, driving peak equipment uptime. You will analyze real‑time software analytics, identify performance trends, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules across shifts.

You will work with the Maintenance Planner and other Leads to plan PMs, update SAP systems, and support Predictive Maintenance. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a focus on manufacturing reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience or a technical degree with 3 years maintenance experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with SAP PM/EAM systems and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to guide maintenance activities.
Schedule and coordinate PM, AM, and work orders with SAP PM.
Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures with operations and maintenance teams.
Maintain SAP PM data, equipment masters, BOMs, and PM plans.
Collaborate with maintenance planners, technicians, and engineers to improve reliability.
