Cascades in Wagram, NC is seeking a Reliability Lead to safeguard the mechanical and electrical integrity of our equipment and drive planned maintenance to prevent breakdowns. You will develop standardized defect-handling processes and coach teams to improve reliability and safety.

The role focuses on line equipment reliability, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with maintenance for area priorities. Candidates should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and Lean principles experience to

• Experience leading maintenance teams and driving reliability improvements.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and maintenance processes.
• Analytical mindset with organizational skills and a drive for process standardization.
• Ability to coach teams and navigate complex situations while focusing on safety.

Responsabilités

• Ensure mechanical and electrical integrity of owned equipment and drive planned work to avoid breakdowns.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective handling of defects.
• Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper handling of defects and assist in problem solving to prevent breakdowns.
• Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE) and present breakdown status at team meetings.
• Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and coordinate with maintenance for area priorities.

• Responsible for ensuring the mechanical and electrical integrity of the ownedequipment and driving 'planned work' to avoidcomponentbreakdowns
• Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective handling of defects, ensuring proper execution.
• Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper handling of defects, and support in problem-solving to prevent breakdowns.
• Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE), presenting breakdown status regularly at team meetings.
• Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and prioritize/schedule maintenance activities while maintaining constant communication with the maintenance department for area priorities.

• Mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment required
