Job summary

Intel Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Stress Testing and Reliability Laboratory Engineer to support next‑generation packaging technologies and tool qualification. The role involves operating environmental stress systems, evaluating reliability, and contributing to tool development.

You will characterize equipment, improve methods, and apply statistical process control while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with 0 years of experience.
Strong understanding of DC electrical systems, including operation, troubleshooting, and calibration of programmable DC power supplies and associated instrumentation.
Experience with electrical measurement and data acquisition equipment, including DMMs, thermocouples, and temperature monitoring hardware.

Responsibilities

Characterize equipment performance and response to excursions.
Continuously improve methods, specifications, and training.
Develop, analyze, and implement statistical process control.
Translate reliability stress analysis requirements into fixturing and development of new tools and systems.
Coordinate tool vendors and field service engineers.
Collaborate with internal operations, planning, and facilities teams.
