Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years hardware/reliability experience.
• Experience developing/validating hardware and systems for semiconductor reliability; high power burn-in a plus.
• Hands-on burn-in, environmental and other reliability stress testing.
• Familiar with JEDEC, IPC reliability testing standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-project prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high power burn-in systems and hardware including custom burn-in boards and test fixtures.
• Design reliability stress hardware for HTOL, HAST, HTOB, PTC and related docs.
• Collaborate with product teams and reliability engineers to meet project needs.
• Work with systems software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration.
• Perform thorough testing and validation to meet requirements and use 8D for root-cause analysis.
