Job summary

AMD is seeking a Semiconductor Reliability Engineer in Austin to develop HTOL and Burn-In hardware and software solutions for datacenter products. You will own end-to-end BIB hardware design, test-pattern integration, and program debugging while collaborating with design, product engineering, suppliers, and global reliability labs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Burn-In platforms, MCC/C-Breez, and a strong background in reliability engineering.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with HTOL/Burn-in hardware and stress-testing programs.
• Hands-on experience with MCC Burn-In platforms and C-Breez environment.

Responsibilities

• Design custom High-Power Burn-In Boards (BIBs) for CPU and GPUs.
• Interface with PCB fabrication and socket manufacturers.
• Establish HTOL/BI pattern requirements for stress programs and support board bring-up.
