Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Wilmington, MA, seeks a Reliability Hardware Engineer to join the Reliability Hardware & Systems Development team. You will design, develop, validate, and maintain reliability stress hardware and systems used to qualify semiconductor products.

You will work closely with reliability engineers, technicians, product teams, and senior hardware developers to deliver robust test solutions. The role requires a B.S.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
  • 2+ years in hardware development, test engineering, reliability engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of circuit design, PCB development, and hardware debugging.
  • Hands-on lab experience with electronic test equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and validate reliability stress hardware (BIBs, HAST, HTOL, fixtures).
  • Support hardware for reliability qualification and engineering evaluation.
  • Collaborate with reliability engineers and product teams on requirements.
  • Assist technicians during validation, qualification, and failure analysis.
  • Troubleshoot board/system/lab equipment to ensure testing success.
  • Coordinate with offshore hardware resources to debug issues.
  • Interface with sockets, PCBs, and suppliers to resolve challenges.
  • Participate in root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Support ESD and latch-up hardware development as needed.
