Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a related technical field and hands-on test engineering exposure.
• Experience with test automation, validation activities, or product testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of test fixtures, PCB design, and hardware debugging is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test methodologies and validation approaches.
• Develop and execute diagnostic test programs to identify defects and improvements.
• Design, develop, and support test fixtures, evaluation hardware, and test equipment.
• Define, document, and maintain test procedures and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot issues across systems and products using analytical methods.
• Support qualification, characterization and reliability testing throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, product, manufacturing and quality teams to enhance product quality.
• Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in testing efficiency and processes.
