Augury is seeking a Reliability Success Manager to drive customer growth, retention, and expansion on our IoT platform. This remote role focuses on transforming machine health for global enterprise customers and shaping the product roadmap through feedback from real-world deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing capacity with reliability exposure.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis and maintenance operations.
• CAT 2+ vibration analysis certification preferred.
