Job summary

Amazon is seeking an RME Planner in Tallahassee, FL to develop maintenance plans and schedules using preventive maintenance, predictive data, and KPIs. You will screen APM work orders, audit equipment, and estimate labor hours and materials to support an RC M program while coordinating with technicians and vendors.

Responsibilities include planning downtime windows, ensuring spare parts are stocked, and driving reliability projects with clear documentation and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen work orders and analyze scope requirements to schedule maintenance activities based on available resources, work criticality, and maintenance windows.
• Perform equipment audits to document job requirements, order spare parts for facility and material handling equipment, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Plan reliability improvement projects and collect engineering drawings and technical specifications to maximize system efficiency and performance.
• Drive proactive maintenance programs that achieve 85% planned work targets while ensuring all activities derive from APM and close accurately in Amazon's maintenance cycle.
