Job summary

JLL in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an RME Planner to join the Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team. You will develop maintenance plans, schedule preventive and predictive activities, and optimize workload using EAM/RCM principles to minimize downtime.

You will audit work orders, maintain equipment metadata, and collaborate with maintenance and operations to ensure accurate data, proper spares, and cost-effective execution. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• 1 year of experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Travel up to 15% is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Audit equipment metadata, WOs, and parts usage to support RP/RCM processes.
• Manage and update work orders in EAM and Oracle; ensure accuracy of data.
• Coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during downtime.
• Provide EAM training and serve as Tier 1 support for facilities team.
