Signode is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler in Florence, KY to plan, coordinate, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. You will partner with maintenance, operations, engineering, and purchasing to align resources with production needs and drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS records, monitoring KPIs, and supporting shutdowns and major repairs. A high school diploma is required; technical degree preferred and 2+ years of transferrable

Formación

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of transferrable experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Review and plan maintenance work orders based on equipment criticality and production needs.
• Ensure availability of labor, spare parts, tools, and documentation.
• Monitor schedules, track progress, and manage backlog.
• Publish weekly/daily schedules and adjust plans as priorities change.
