IDEMIA Secure Transactions, a division of IDEMIA Group, is seeking a Reliability Engineering Technician to provide hands-on support for manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, image and machine setup issues, maintain job configurations, and assist testing related to customer onboarding and production changes.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies used in a Service Center.

Position Overview

The Reliability Engineering Technician provides hands-on technical support for manufacturing operations, helping ensure production equipment, systems, and job configurations operate reliably and efficiently. This role works closely with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and Production to troubleshoot hardware, software, image, and machine setup issues; create and maintain equipment job configurations; and support testing activities associated with customer onboarding and production changes. The technician will also maintain and validate vision systems, support graphic image modifications, complete technical support requests within established service levels, and contribute to engineering testing and continuous process improvement initiatives.
