IDEMIA Group is seeking a Reliability Engineering Technician I - UG Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for manufacturing operations, coordinating with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, and Production to ensure reliable equipment, configurations, and testing. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain image and job configurations, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Understanding of graphic image formats and editing tools such as Photoshop, Paint, Illustrator or GIMP.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provides technical support and troubleshoots production issues related to setups, images, software and hardware by working closely with Maintenance, IT and Production.
• Creates, manages and maintains machine job setups (MX, Xerox/Canon, C8000 and more to come).
• Loads, maintains and validates vision tables.
• Completes test requests for customer onboarding and internal/customer changes, including SIT, UAT and go live activities on all equipment.
• Creates or modifies graphic images as per customer request.
• Completes UG tickets within defined SLA.
• Supports engineering testing and process improvements.
