You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, prepare management review dashboards, and translate diagnostics into actionable engineering tasks, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related field is required.
• Minimum seven years of progressive engineering, quality, or reliability experience.
• Experience managing technical processes or warranty projects is essential.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate continuous improvement for field reliability and product quality.
• Interface with field data, customer feedback, and engineering teams to identify failure trends.
• Lead cross‑functional teams for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Incorporate warranty requirements into new product development.
• Prepare monthly management reviews with warranty rate charts and dashboards.
• Evaluate risk in designs to prevent repeat field failures.
• Coordinate with services, quality, sales and engineering for resolution strategies.
• Lead customer-facing quality reviews and supplier quality trend analyses.
