Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a Reliability Engineer to provide subject matter expertise for the Pattern operational fleet mechanical reliability and condition monitoring programs. You will focus on wind turbine systems and vibration analysis to monitor performance, investigate failures, and deploy improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in wind reliability or vibration monitoring, and collaboration with OEMs to drive RCAs and reliability enhancements across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 3–5 years wind reliability or vibration monitoring experience.
• Experience with OEM hardware and software preferred (Siemens/GE).

Responsibilities

• Investigate mechanical equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Perform vibration analysis and early fault detection methods.
• Collaborate with OEMs for RCA and reliability improvements.
• Support field teams with inspections and troubleshooting.
