Job summary

Slip Robotics is seeking a Service Support Engineer to lead the reliability execution layer across the deployed fleet. You will own root cause analysis, drive failures to closure, and define a preventative maintenance program for SlipBot and SlipLift ALRs.

You will work with Diagnostics, Quality, Field Maintenance, and Field Engineering to establish robust reliability processes. You will design hypotheses, perform bench-level and field validations, and produce formal RCA reports to support

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field with a strong failure analysis component.
• Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience and bench-level validation capability.
• Ability to design validation approaches, hypotheses, and testing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet-wide root cause analysis for systemic failures across all deployed products.
• Develop and maintain RCA reports with evidence, causal chain, and corrective actions.
• Define and deploy preventative maintenance schedules and procedures across products.
• Drive RCA closure with Quality and cross-functional teams; ensure verification of corrective actions.
• Maintain failure knowledge base and inform PM and diagnostics improvements.
• Collaborate with Field Maintenance and Field Engineering to validate PM procedures in the field.
