Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a maintenance/reliability professional to join our refinery team in Texas City. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and reliability tasks while helping shape the maintenance strategy for both fixed and rotating equipment.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Engineering and 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance, with CMMS experience and strong knowledge of refinery practices. OSHA and process safety knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering is required (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial).
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in refining, petrochemical, terminal, or heavy industrial environments.
• Knowledge of rotating and fixed equipment, piping, and refinery maintenance practices.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog management, contract maintenance resources, and CMMS systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, Process Safety Management, lockout/tagout, and safe-work permitting.

• Day-to-day maintenance and reliability activities.
• Help develop and improve the maintenance/reliability strategy.
• Collaborate with on-site technicians and contractors.
• Support maintenance efforts on both fixed and rotating equipment.
