Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks a senior Reliability Engineer to enhance asset performance across multiple Northeast sites through advanced maintenance strategies and predictive technologies. This role is remote with travel to client sites.

The candidate should have 5+ years of reliability experience, ABET-accredited engineering degree, and strong RCA/RCM/FMEA skills along with leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
• Demonstrates ability to perform full array of reliability tool sets.
• Experience in RCA, FMEA, and RCFA approaches.
• Master level proficiency in predictive technology.
• Vibration and infrared certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports several ATS site locations in Northeast USA with remote home office and travel to sites.
• Develops and implements Asset Management strategies to maximize asset performance.
• Promotes ATS safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with internal/external customers for engineered reliability solutions.
• Identifies capital expenditure opportunities and communicates ROI with supervision.
• Leads reliability improvement initiatives and mentors on gaps through WEM.
• Performs RCA, fault tree analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Partners with leadership to align ATS and customer KPIs.
