Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to improve plant reliability and throughput. You will work with internal and external customers to implement predictive and precision maintenance strategies, develop maintenance plans, and communicate ROI for capital expenditures.

The role requires a ABET-accredited engineering degree and at least one year of reliability experience, with expertise in RCA, FMEA/RCM, and vibration analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year reliability experience.
  • Experience with RCA and FMEA/RCM.
  • Proficiency with reliability tools and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to deliver engineered solutions to improve reliability and throughput.
  • Identify ROI opportunities for equipment replacement and communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team to implement predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance strategies.
  • Lead root cause and fault tree analyses to identify and mitigate risks.
