Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support ATS site locations across the Midwest and East. This remote home office role requires up to 50% travel to customer sites and facilities.

You will drive reliability programs, perform RCA/FMEA, and mentor teams on predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET) and 5+ years of reliability experience are required, with certifications in Vibration and Infrared highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
Experience with RCA, FMEA and reliability tooling.
Proficient in predictive technology and machine health monitoring.

Responsibilities

Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture and regulatory requirements.
Partners with internal/external customers for engineered reliability solutions.
Identifies capital expenditure opportunities with ROI communication.
Leads and mentors teams in root cause and fault tree analysis.
Collaborates to align ATS and customer KPIs.
Trains and coaches on Work Execution Management enhancements.
