Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Hammond, IN seeks a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead data-driven maintenance improvements across equipment systems. You’ll apply PdM/CBM, conduct RCA and FMEA, and collaborate with operations to extend asset life and reduce failures.

This role emphasizes reliability, safety, and quality by using vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and oil analysis to optimize preventive and predictive programs and drive continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

Hands-on PdM/CBM experience in industrial settings.
Experience with vibration, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
Knowledge of RCA, FMEA and risk-based maintenance approaches.
Familiarity with RCM and asset criticality concepts.

Responsibilities

Determine effective maintenance practices to minimize failures and extend equipment life.
Use Pareto analysis to prioritize improvements and maintenance actions.
Apply FMEA and risk analysis to develop cost-effective strategies.
Monitor performance and upgrade preventive/predictive programs from data.
Lead RCA on equipment failures and drive recurrence prevention.
