Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of mechanical/reliability maintenance experience.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, tribology).
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Knowledge of reliability systems, methods, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in process and equipment reliability.
• Maintain key reliability processes in line with One Domtar standards.
• Support daily, monthly and annual maintenance outages in reliability maintenance and engineering.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering and operations to complete maintenance projects and checks.
• Develop equipment manuals for inspection and maintenance.
• Manage area equipment PM and maintenance programs.
• Utilize RCFA program to solve problems.
• Look for opportunities to solve issues, reduce cost, and improve planning performance.
