Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in industrial/process plant environment.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Selection process may include interviews, background check, drug screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests, and fitness-for-duty test.

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Install and upgrade equipment to improve performance and reliability.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including OSHA/EPA standards.
• Maintain records using CMMS and other scheduling software.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and management to coordinate maintenance plans.
• Lead the maintenance crew in the supervisor's absence and oversee contractors.
