Job summary

International Cellulose Corporation, a Saint-Gobain Company, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance strategies, drive predictive analytics, and improve asset performance across critical plant equipment.

The role requires 5+ years in reliability/maintenance within manufacturing, with CMMS/SAP PM and Power BI experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on safety and efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Five-plus years of reliability, maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience with CMMS/SAP PM, Power BI or data analytics, PM/PdM, RCA, reliability metrics, rotating equipment, conveyors, dust-collection, automated packaging, chemical dosing, PLCs, SCADA, industrial networking, data historians, IIoT or connected asset technologies preferred.
Familiarity with OT cybersecurity, lifecycle asset management, FMEA, MTBF/MTTR, risk-based maintenance, and continuous improvement is desirable.
Certifications such as CMRP, CRE, or CRL are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and sustain reliability-centered maintenance strategies including PM optimization and risk-based maintenance.
Lead root cause failure analysis and corrective actions for high-impact equipment.
Implement predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis and infrared thermography.
Integrate reliability data into SAP, CMMS, Power BI to improve visibility and KPIs.
Collaborate with automation, Operations, EHS to improve equipment reliability and safety.
Identify opportunities to improve sustainability and energy efficiency in assets.
