Job summary

Molex is seeking a motivated Reliability Engineer to join the Design for Reliability (DfR) team. You will develop test and validation plans, work with design engineers, and perform accelerated stress tests to evaluate product reliability based on physics of failure.

In this role you will interface with customers, perform Weibull/MTBF analyses, build reliability models, and drive improvements with RCA/CPAs. You will collaborate across design, manufacturing, and quality to meet reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical or Systems Engineering.
• 3+ years of Reliability experience in reliability analysis and accelerated life testing.
• Knowledge of MIL, JEDEC, IPC & IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reliability test plans to validate product designs, including accelerated life testing and environmental stress testing.
• Align reliability tests with customer requirements and expectations; interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct reliability analysis, perform risk assessments, and apply PoF methods to identify root causes and mitigation strategies.
