Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct reliability for plant equipment.
• Implement technical changes and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Improve technical availability and reduce maintenance costs via root cause analysis.
• Provide daily technical support for equipment and process problems.
• Supervise maintenance team and ensure safety and compliance.
