Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead reliability improvements for Trio equipment and systems.
- Analyze downtime and failure trends to identify loss patterns.
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies to extend asset life.
- Support root cause problem solving for chronic issues.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve availability.
- Standardize maintenance practices and reliability metrics.
- Coach technicians and operators through training and technical support.
- Plan and execute maintenance shutdowns and equipment upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for capital improvements related to reliability.
- Ensure safety, quality, and plant throughput targets are supported.
