Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Massillon, OH is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, Trio, to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and drive maintenance excellence across the operation.

You will partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to strengthen asset performance, develop preventive and predictive maintenance, and support safety and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability, manufacturing engineering, or plant operations.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems, root cause analysis, and equipment reliability tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability improvement efforts for Trio equipment and systems.
• Analyze downtime, failure trends, and maintenance data to identify loss patterns and priority actions.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance strategies to increase asset life and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Support root cause problem solving for chronic equipment issues and major breakdowns.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment availability, maintainability, and overall line performance.
