Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy manufacturing preferred.
• CBM certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and Project.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, training and performance of all assigned employees.
• Monitor reliability-based systems including preventative maintenance programmes.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Facilitate continuous improvement processes around equipment availability.
• Provide ongoing reports on CBM program status.
