Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified candidate to support operation and maintenance of plant equipment within a building automation and industrial tech environment. The role involves creating and monitoring CBM programs and contributing to preventive maintenance activities across critical systems.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical/industrial engineering background with 0–3 years of experience and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 0-3 years of required work experience; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment.
• Create, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs.
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment.
• Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of major equipment.
