Quality Talent Group seeks a seasoned Reliability Engineer for a global industrial tech leader. You will create and lead CBM programs, monitor maintenance systems, and drive root cause analysis across heavy manufacturing assets.

The role demands 5-7 years in heavy manufacturing, hands-on FFT analysis of vibration spectra, and familiarity with FMEA and NDT techniques. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with opportunities to influence reliability outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years experience in heavy manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FFT analysis of vibration spectra on heavy industrial plants.
• Experience in practical application of FMEA, NDT inspection techniques preferred.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, motors, starts, VFDs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs.
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems.
• Manage the preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for reliability team.
• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis.
