Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a maintenance supervisor with CBM focus in a heavy manufacturing setting. You will oversee safety, training, and performance of assigned staff while managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment availability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years in manufacturing, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and Project, with strong PPE safety adherence. This is an on-site US-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years experience in heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
• CBM Certifications preferred.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, Word, Project.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety, training and performance of all assigned employees.
• Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems.
• Management of the preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Facilitate continuous improvement processes around equipment availability.
• Provide ongoing reports on the CBM program status.
