Job summary

Hirecruiting in Joplin, MO is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve plant equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and optimize asset lifecycle costs. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Capital Projects to analyze data, apply preventative/predictive maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering or related field and 3+ years in industrial manufacturing or reliability, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing/maintenance or reliability experience.
Experience working in common CMMS systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

Analyze equipment and process data to identify reliability trends, recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to determine failure cause and implement corrective actions.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventative and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies based on equipment criticality.
Partner with Maintenance and Operations teams to improve equipment performance, maintainability, and reliability.
Support Early Management activities for new and modified equipment in Capital Projects.
Support TPM Planned Maintenance programs and provide training on reliability tools and methods.
