Job summary

thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to improve equipment uptime, availability, and lifecycle performance through reliability engineering and preventive maintenance. You will manage BOMs, critical spares, and procurement coordination while supporting major repairs and upgrades.

The role requires strong problem-solving, team collaboration, and the ability to plan and prioritize multiple maintenance projects in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering or related field.
• Or Associate's Degree with 6 years of maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and vendor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability engineering strategies to improve equipment availability and lifecycle cost.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Own maintenance planning and material readiness for repairs and overhauls.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, rebuilds, and major repairs.
• Analyze downtime and OEE to identify reliability improvements.
• Coordinate sourcing with vendors and SAP purchase requisitions.
• Maintain equipment documentation and maintenance KPIs.
• Plan maintenance-related projects and installations.
