Job summary

You will lead reliability programs, apply predictive maintenance techniques, and use IBM Maximo for asset history analysis, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
• Experience with CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo.
• Strong understanding of reliability principles and asset management.
• Experience with root cause analysis and equipment failure investigations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, availability, and performance of mill assets.
• Lead reliability initiatives across the paper mill.
• Identify and eliminate chronic equipment failures through data analysis and RCA.
• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve asset availability.
• Establish reliability standards for critical equipment and support lifecycle planning.
• Review PM programs and optimize maintenance intervals by asset performance.
• Develop predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Conduct FMEA and RCFA studies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce reactive maintenance and emergency work.
• Oversee PdM programs including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and more.
• Utilize CMMS for asset history, failure codes, and maintenance trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track reliability performance and KPI analysis.
