Zusammenfassung

ANDRITZ Reliability Engineer is based at contract location Alpharetta, GA with travel across the United States. The role focuses on improving mill asset reliability, uptime, and lifecycle cost through data-driven maintenance and reliability programs.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering to identify issues, optimize strategies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–5 years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience.
• Experience with CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo.
• Strong understanding of reliability principles and asset management.

Aufgaben

• Improve reliability, availability, and performance of mill assets.
• Lead reliability programs and analyze asset history and failure trends.
• Develop and implement reliability strategies for asset availability.
• Review PM programs and optimize maintenance intervals.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Support data-driven decision making with KPI analysis and dashboards.
