Job summary

Ahlstrom Mosinee Plant in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Co-Op for the 2027 Spring Semester (January–August). You will assist the Quality & Finishing Team to support safety, quality, production, and cost objectives on a paper machine process line.

Pay is $27.00 per hour, with relocation considered for eligible students. Applicants must be US authorized for full-time work, be pursuing a Paper Science or Chemical Engineering degree, and be able to work full-time during the internship.

We are seeking a Quality Co-Op at our Mosinee, Wisconsinplant for the 2027 Spring Semester (January - August). This position will assist the Quality & Finishing Team in the achievement of safety, quality, production, cost, and product development objectives of a paper machine process line.

• Living in or willing to relocate to the Mosinee, Wisconsin area from January - August 2027
• Ability to work full-time for the duration of the position

Responsibilities

• Must follow Ahlstrom’s manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable, to the position’s areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper
• Evaluate product improvement or cost optimization projects by conducting trials including development of trial plans and authoring trial reports
• Support machine manager in leading a paper machine process line, including daily and long-term activities
