Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent; trade qualification +4-6 years acceptable.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong IT skills and CMMS proficiency.
• Six Sigma knowledge would be beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support MEP by optimizing critical equipment assets.
• Guide reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems.
• Develop solutions to repetitive failures and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze failure history to improve asset performance (OEE/MTBF).
• Create Asset Operations and Maintenance Plans.
