Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, RCM, criticality assessments, defect elimination.
• Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical leadership.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Asset Care Strategy and reliability improvement programs.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve uptime.
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs and monitoring.
• Establish, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and engineering resources to improve reliability.
