Job summary

Perrigo is seeking an Asset Reliability Manager for our Ohio infant formula manufacturing site. You will lead maintenance, reliability, planning, and continuous improvement to maximize uptime and product quality.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, develop leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability while ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and quality requirements. This role reports to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance and reliability teams.
• Experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical, food, consumer healthcare, or GMP environments.
• CMRP or ISO vibration certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability leadership for Ohio infant formula assets.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive data-driven reliability improvements and KPI dashboards.
• Manage planning, scheduling, spares, and backlogs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (cGMP, FDA, food safety).
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
