Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Maintenance Planner to lead planning, scheduling, and root-cause analysis to improve asset reliability across the production and facilities. The role directs technicians and contractors to ensure PMs and work orders are completed safely and on time.

The ideal candidate has a 5-year operations/manufacturing background, familiarity with SAP, and a focus on quality in FDA/GMP environments. This on-site position offers competitive Total Rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED with progress toward further education.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP preferred.
• 5 years in operations/manufacturing, FDA/GMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work orders to ensure resources and tools are available.
• Create and update job plans and maintain an accurate job library.
• Direct workflow for production and facilities teams to follow SOPs safely.
• Track emergency and planned work orders and address chronic issues.
• Collaborate on capital projects, PMs, spare parts, training, and drawings.
