Job Summary
General responsibility for auditing, rebuilds, and training of packaging equipment to maintain base conditions, ensuring correct parts are ordered for the needed equipment, utilizes team of maintenance technicians/apprentices to perform rebuild work and use knowledge through the rebuild process to train said employees. This position will work closely with the Production Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, Packaging Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Leads, Packaging Manager, and Plant Manager to plan for scheduled maintenance, rebuild work, and technical training.
