"The Site Reliability Engineering group is a global team responsible for providing 24x7 operational support of the company's Cloud, SaaS, ASP, and hosted solutions. What You’ll Contribute
  1. Support the full stack of Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hosted web-based applications.
  2. Focus on customer-centric support, aiming to prevent recurring problems and improve support processes.
  3. Manage the operations and stability of environments following established procedures and best practices.
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  5. Drive incidents to resolution.
  6. Implement, monitor, refresh, and perform disaster recovery tasks on all supported applications.
What We’re Seeking
  1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build rapport and handle customers under high-pressure situations and escalations.
  4. Proven experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
  5. Knowledge of web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, Open AM). Outsystems experience is a plus.
  6. Support knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3.
  7. Support knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  8. Experience with observability tools such as Kibana, Splunk, Prometheus.
  9. Working knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
  10. Experience with LDAP design, implementation, and networking.
  11. Knowledge of Storage Management Solutions (SAN, NAS, etc.).
  12. Understanding of networking systems, protocols, firewalls, TCP/IP, load balancers, and firewalls.
  13. Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies such as ServiceNow.
  14. Scripting/programming skills in Puppet, PowerShell, PERL, .NET, Python, Bash, or UNIX Shell are a plus.
  15. Experience in full-stack software development with Java, including debugging and log analysis, is also beneficial.
