Qualifications

• Associates degree or two-year technical degree in technical or business discipline.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of maintenance scheduling experience in industrial facilities.
• 3 years of experience in maintenance role in paper, chemical, petrochemical, or industrial facility.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes and CMMS tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and schedule maintenance work including corrective, preventive, and predictive tasks.
• Develop and maintain integrated maintenance schedules to support operations.
• Identify materials, manuals, tools, and instructions for planned work orders.
• Manage work orders from planning to execution and completion.
• Create requisitions and order parts for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Control of Work processes and safety policies.
