Eversource seeks an Associate Engineer, Reliability Compliance to support NPCC regulatory filings and ISO-NE coordination from Westwood, MA or Berlin, CT or Hooksett, NH. The role interfaces with ISO-NE and SME teams to ensure timely, compliant reporting of NERC and NPCC requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, 0-3 years’ experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Eversource is looking for an Associate Engineer, Reliability Compliance to support Transmission in Westwood, MA or Berlin, CT or Hooksett, NH.
Individual will participate in the planning, preparation, and review of NPCC regulatory filings as well as post‑filing response. The individual will interface with Independent System Operator - New England (ISO-NE) and participate in the coordination of required filings. Activities include coordination and, working with transmission operations to ensure proper reporting of NERC and ISO-NE requirements. Coordinates reporting on the groups quarterly key performance indicator goals. In addition, the individual will work with operations, planning, engineering, and other Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide timely response for Eversource (ES) regulatory compliance.
Working Conditions: Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required. Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. Depending on the specific nature of the engineering role, position may require occasional to significant travel by car. A valid driver’s license is required.

Salary is commensurate with your experience. This position is eligible for a potential incentive. The annual salary range for this position is: $82,800.00-$92,000.00
