Job summary

Linde Inc. in Garfield, UT, is seeking a Manager for Reliability Center Maintenance to lead safety, reliability, and performance across regional plants.

You will plan and execute turnarounds, outages, and maintenance programs with rigorous technical discipline. You will optimize maintenance-related expenditures, implement SMPs and RCA programs, and mentor personnel while driving continuous improvement and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years industrial reliability/maintenance, or 10+ years experience.
• Experience leading emergency maintenance and planned outages.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• At least 3 years of P&L responsibility.
• SMPs experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute turnarounds and outages per planning process.
• Identify and implement reliability improvements across regional plants.
• Optimize maintenance-related spend and spare parts management.
• Provide technical leadership with engineering resources as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Reliability Center.
