Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a Release Train Engineer in the United States to facilitate Agile Release Train events, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous improvement. You will align strategy with execution, mentor teams on Agile practices, and engage stakeholders to deliver value across multiple projects.

The role requires mastery of Azure DevOps, SAFe principles, and strong communication with Product Owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement of Agile Release Train processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate cross team dependencies and facilitate resolution of impediments to maintain steady progress.
• Support the development and alignment of program objectives with organizational goals through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage expertise to mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the release train.
